House of Lords Records
Returns survive only for the University, none for the county. They are much fuller and more interesting than those for Oxford University. rull names are given for those in residence (surnames only for those absent), degrees etc shown at Corpus Christi and Emanuel (Oxford has surnames only throughout). Names of 'privileged tradesmen' also given (not at Oxford).
